This machine mainly used in the side inlet plastic packing . Such as: medicine bottles, fruit milk bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetics bottles etc plastic products. Translator part is used frequency control . This machine unit adopted screw extrusion blowing process, automatic temperature frequency control. This unit used electric, pneumatic and mechanics all in one machine, steady performance, conveniently operation, is a ideal substitute for manual production.

It adopts screw extruding blow molding process
 

it is controlled by PLC (computer), high precision.
 

It is specially designed for Ice lolly tube, fruit shape, toy shape or soft bottle blowing. The operation cycle, from feeding LDPE material, extruding, filtering, cutting materials, open mould, forming bottle, blowing bottle to product out feed are fully automatically.

Every time it can blow 6pcs or 12pcs bottle, and blow 6 different shaped bottle at a time!  A highly automatic bottle blowing machine.

The final product is very decent and clean without any waste.
